What is FEE?
Winnebago Foundation for Educational Excellence "FEE" is a 501(c)(3) organization that was established to insure that all children in District #323 are provided with the finest possible learning opportunities.
Common Core State Standards
There are some new academic standards in town. They are robust and relevant to the real world, and they reflect knowledge and skills our young people need for success in college and careers. The Common Core State Standards are the product of a joint effort between the National Governors Association and the Council of Chief State School Officers.
Commitment to Excellence
For over 25 years Winnebago FEE has been dedicated to raising and managing fundraisers, donations, loans, grants and scholarships for Winnebago CUSD #323. FEE is managed by 15 volunteer board members and officers.
